A first aid kit should consist of bandages, pain killers, tape, antiseptic wipes and any other thing that you think you would need in case you are injured. Remember to also include a hydration pack that should consist of water or any other energy drink according to your preference. Hydration rejuvenates your energy and refreshes your body thus you will be able to cycle for a longer distance without feeling exhausted.
5. Padded Mountain Biking Shorts- padded shorts are very essential when you are riding through a rough terrain. 10. Skullcap/arm and leg Warmers- Skullcaps are very essential because they protect your head against air pressure. Arm/leg warmers keep you warm in case you are cycling during the cold seasons. However, they should be used when necessary to prevent slowing you down.
