SPAM Biking

a lovely view but lack of gears mean Pete has to focus on the climb	a small rodent provided any excuse to stop	mike goes straight for phil	back on the bike Dave keeps his head down
the 'orange' complements the beautiful blue of the lake	going down hill is where having no gears really helps	sticking to the grass means no chips on the frame from those nasty rocks
		proof that mr Miles does actually ride

rigid forks really help to soak-up the big rocks
