THE BLAST - Enter Now!

This year's 'BLAST', now in its 10th year, takes place on Sunday 20th September at Erlestoke in Wiltshire.

SPAMBiking will once again utilise the best riding that Salisbury Plain has to offer with a challenging but fun course incorporating fast open tracks, field sections, some tough climbing and some great fun downhill singletrack sections.

Recent elite riders at SPAMBiking events have hailed our routes as some of the best they've riden, yet this still remains largely undiscovered by the masses!

We aim to offer a great event to elite riders and leisure riders alike with a challenging 25km lap (offering all elements of a great off-road ride) becoming more challenging to those who choose to take on the 50km, 75km or 100km distances.

Online entry is available on our events page (or you can download an entry form to return with a cheque) to take advantage of the pre-entry discounts. Alternatively you can enter on the day (subject to a small surharge).

Registration opens at 8am, with riders setting off (from a mass start) at 10am.

Local hospice fundraisers from Dorothy House will return this year offering tea and cake to spectators and finishing riders from Midday to 3pm. 

Alternative outdoor catering also available plus a trade stand from 'Bertie Maffoons' of Marlborough for all your bike bits.

RIDE FOR CHARITY!  SPAMBIking are a non-profit making club.  All proceeds made at our MTB events are donated throughout the year to local charities and organisations nominated by our Members.  If you want to ride for a charitable cause of your own by collecting sponsorship, we are hapy to endorse your ride at this event.
