5 go mad in Afan

If in doubt blame the Chairman, always have and always will; it was Mark's fault that I got up at 6am on a Saturday, it was Mark's fault that I got wet, hungry and tired and nearly cried, it was Mark's fault that my rear pad disintegrated...well actually that was not his fault but since I am blaming him for the rest he may as well take the blame for that as well.

To finish the day off it was back to Devizes and out for dinner with friends and a few beers and telling them all about my day out and the virtues of MTBing...but they just don’t get it.

So my evening ending up sat in the Lamb quietly thinking about the day with a warm glow out and planning the next visit, and this time the mountain will not beat me!!

Foot note by The Chairman. It was bloody miserable weather and they left me behind. Good job we don't do that on normal club rides.
